There are two ways to look at it and both needs to be considered equally to achieve ever lasting success : first being able to design workflows that fits to the buisness processes seamlessly and does not over complicate buisness logic as that can lead to unnecessary chaos in adoption , secondly workflows design should not be over customised to fit buisness logic and rather emphasis should be given to keep workflows as standard/OOTB as possible and simplify buisness processes as need. So at the end it's weighing machine and need to find right balance between both the aspects.

Debe existir consistencia en la informacion ademas de una gestion de cambios efectiva y dinamica. Si no se tiene una disciplina y un orden establecido el proceso de desarrollo del producto sera torpe, tardado y con errores, muy al contrario de lo que se esperaria de una herramienta PLM.
