Burnout is a mind killer and you should avoid it at all cost. Burnout would cost you your imagination, ambitions, desires, goals, and most of all, your will. For daily measures; take breaks to avoid people and enjoy some solitary time. Or a simple stroll down the streets and around some flowers would help as well. For long term measures: get away. Stay away from your business network and your usual communication channels, then preferably go for some activities that you can't usually enjoy during weekdays.

Even a mere one hour of your spare time would mean worlds to them and could easily speed up their career by months. Meanwhile this improves your teaching capabilities, it also makes you into a exemplary professional. During these coaching sessions, you get to know people and their lives while also sharing yours. It's a good way to socialize while contributing to other people's careers.
