Continuous monitoring and proper feedback loops. 4. Document the process properly for future use and upcoming changes.

Uno de los puntos mas importantes- en cuanto a retorno monetario y eficiencia, a tener en cuenta al escoger una solución para automatizar tu proceso, es la escalabilidad. Me he encontrado en más de una ocasión con procesos automatizados no escalables debido a que no se hizo un estudio suficiente de los requerimientos del sistema en conjunto. Debido a eso tienen que implementar una nueva solucion RPA o bien integrar "forzosamente" diferentes soluciones poco compatibles que al final acaban siendo ineficientes. (Sobretodo para el equipo operativo). En conclusión haciendo un analisis en detalle de la escabilidad de la solución de automatización en un inicio se le sacará mucho más partido al mismo.
