In my experience, maintaining production systems is essential for sustained performance. my best ways include first of all updated servers or all the things which we are working on, regular monitoring of systems by manually or by system alerts, regular backups, securing the systems by using firewall for network related problems and performance tuning and security audits.

It is often the last thing that a team thinks about as they are swamped with other project deadlines, time crunches or burnout. Without training and communication, a team may be doing their best but with old technologies that may not be efficient for the ever changing landscape.

It's essential to educate stakeholders about the functionalities and expectations of production systems, as this fosters better collaboration and customer service. I strongly advocate for companies to allocate paid time for employees to engage in training and certifications. This investment not only boosts employee skills and knowledge but also significantly benefits the organization by ensuring a well-informed and capable team, capable of effectively managing and optimizing production systems.
