Dies habe ich unter vier Augen adressiert. Selbstverst?ndlich ging ich dabei respektvoll mit der Person um, habe das Problem jedoch v?llig offen angesprochen. Am Ende war der Mitarbeiter mir sogar für das Feedback dankbar. Offene und transparente Kommunikation funktioniert nur, wenn sie in beide Richtungen zugelassen wird.
