It's your task to implement the new PMS, you are the Champion. I've seen this work... Know what's in it for each team member and say it every day. Exec Buy-in: The person who paid. If there's a shiny revenue report once implemented they will have your back. Solution Consultant - It's probably not the salesperson. It's not a trainer. Make sure you like them, they understand your hotel, team, and guests and listen. They'll know how to get your team excited and learn the solution themselves. If they are really good they will be setting you up for success. Be ready to listen if they say, "Hotels have had success with xyz." Review and repeat.
