Lo primero de todo sería identificar el término calidad: Según la UNE-EN ISO 9000:2000 en su apartado 3.1.1., se?ala que la calidad es el “Grado en el que un conjunto de características inherentes cumple con los requisitos”. Normalmente tendemos a confundirlo, la calidad se tendrá en cuenta en base al servicio contratado/pagado; por ejemplo una producto de poco valor, puede tener una mayor calidad de uno de elevado precio. Partiendo de esta base, no solo es importante definir los objetivos y criterios de calidad claros, sino saber transmitirlos al equipo.

Establecer documentación que se origine de diferentes proyectos pero que se obtengan los puntos en común de tal forma que el contenido que se genere sea transversal a los diferentes equipos que participan a nivel de departamento y por tanto se puedan obtener mejoras e ideas comunes a aplicar y que aporten valor, haciendo evolucionar las metodologías previamente dise?adar, iterando y participando de un feedback constructivo. El elemento común es mantener y evolucionar esta documentación sobre una plataforma compartida y accesible a la organización o al menos a los actores involucrados en estos procesos de control y mejora de la calidad.

One of the most important factors that I consider IMHO, is the creation of the cultural fabric of a process around the quality of the product and how to guide each activity from the simplest to reaching a product of the highest quality, taking care of the details.Training staff in the appropriate roles, with clear responsibilities, simple but robust processes, allow the main variables to be closely monitored and actions taken quickly to correct quality gaps and not allow scrap to be produced or sent to the client.
