Las ideas no tienen jerarquía, una buena idea puede venir de cualquier persona independientemente de su posición o experiencia. Por eso lo primero es crear un ambiente de confianza en el que todo el mundo pueda expresar libremente su opinión sin miedo. Como humanos tenemos “programado” el sesgo de autoridad por el que damos más peso a las opiniones de personas con mayor cargo, edad, etc. Ese sesgo impide que salgan a la luz nuevas ideas. ??
