Any tech implementations will have resistance from ground team, it depends on warehouse manager how he can convey his message to operators on using WMS efficiently, once operator is convinced how WMS can help him improve performance and do away with manual entries, he will love and enjoy using it.. proper training and SOP will help him learn and use it in a effective way.. Most of the warehouse operators are used to manual excel entries and find it easy while WMS they have to do multiple activities and entries, WMS should simplify and not complicate operations.. thats what i believe any tech developed and implemented should ease out operations..

Get a WMS that works for you and your company. And get the right software package, don’t be cheap, it’ll hurt later when you start having functionality issues and software failure. If the WMS is too complicated it can also be inefficient, you shouldn’t have to open 10 screens to complete one task. And this will lead to staff either not wanting to use it or finding shortcuts
