Quando iniciei meu primeiro empreendimento, meu foco foi entender as engrenagens do negócio, como elas se comunicam e como criar uma jornada fluida entre as diferentes competências da empresa. Essa tarefa, longe de ser simples e puramente qualitativa, me proporcionou o contato com o conceito do Arquiteto de Negócio que foi uma virada de chave na minha trajetória como empreendedor. Uma dica útil que dou é compreender que o seu papel precisa de profundidade sobre o negócio e a forma de analisá-lo (papel extremamente analítico). Ent?o, entenda algum setor ou tema de interesse e busque compreender as variadas trajetórias que as diferentes áreas de negócio percorrem dentro de uma organiza??o.

A prática revela muito sobre teorias: é crucial manter firmeza nas certezas do negócio sem se perder em hipóteses (o que é muito natural com negócios emergentes). Na minha experiência, é necessário compreender três tópicos quando buscamos o sucesso de uma iniciativa: - Qual problema estou resolvendo; - Para quem estou resolvendo esse problema (os beneficiários); - Qual resultado (outcome) eu gero para o negócio. A escolha de qual framework vai utilizar e quais cases de mercado vai se basear dependem de como responderá essas perguntas acima. A dica que dou é: busque compreender a vis?o e drivers estratégicos do negócio (melhoria de produtividade, transforma??o digital,...). Com isso em m?os, envolva áreas interessadas para pilotar uma primeira prova de conceito a fim de testar e validar os processos/estruturas que está criando. Dica final: Test and learn, sempre olhando para o outcome!
