Try applying for a job at your company. Is it easy and relevant or time consuming and difficult resulting in the candidate abandoning the application due to frustration? Gather appropriate information for the specific phase of the process. Pushing everything up front before considering the candidate is not best practice. If an applicant does not complete an application, it does not mean they are not qualified or serious it could be a direct reflection on your process. Review your application completion rate. Then ask yourself why it isn't 100%.

Using less tools versus more has to be the way to go. ATS > Video > Assessment > Video Interview 1 | 2 | Perhaps 3 all requiring interaction from the candidate. If the role requires a particular skill absolutely assess it but where processes can be streamlined and better yet undertaken on the same platform all the better

For me employer brand is usually the last thing would go out of my way to showcase. The candidate is looking to buy into the "role", their "superior" and obviously the "Rfcecruiter" and/or Hiring Manager conducting the interview. Unless things are done in a way that each of these are respective "brands" in their own right what the company does or doesnt do is secondary as if you cannot work with the "people" it doesnt matter what is written on the sign above the door! Or the Yellow wall in the break room etc etc

Candidates should leave an interview in my opinion thinking - "did I get that" This ensures firstly, that the candidate truly works for the role and shows their true reflection during interview as never truly sure if going well, secondly, if the appropriate brands have been explained and given time to understand the candidate at this stage should be well and truly bought into "Brand X" meaning follow ups, offers, onboarding etc are then paperwork exercises only. Impossible to "sell" the role post offer
