If you’re not taking advantage of the worldwide network of user groups, you are missing out on some of the best training opportunities available (and they're free!) ... Prior to the pandemic, many of these groups operated as local, in-person gatherings. However, most have switched to at least partially remote operation, meaning that you can participate in nearly any meeting from anywhere in the world. There are hundreds of these groups, most meeting at least monthly and they often have some of the top experts in the world presenting. All are very welcoming to participants at every level. Participating, whether by attending or presenting, is a fantastic way to level up your skills and network with others in the community.

For instance, some noteworthy ones include the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) conferences, the Gartner IT Symposium, Microsoft's events, and various tech company webinars.

An example, I have seen is Watson Studio IBM Cloud Pak for Data as a Service. Watson Studio provides the environment and tools for collaborative work on data to solve business problems and there is a free plan associated with it.
