Before starting the souring need to assess the in-house capacity on the basis of the product's nature. We do have to consider does the product needs local support for installation, repair maintenance support, or operational support. If required how we may secure the expected related services. Because it is complex and time-consuming to ensure local support from an offshore supplier.
