Una manera de priorizar los objetivos mas eficiente, son las características que un producto o servicio que debe de cumplir para identificar las factibilidades que se deben de considerar en primer lugar, y así poder tomar una decisión en cuestión de alcances y presupuesto que debemos tener para seguir con el proyecto que se nos da la confianza en contribuir a desarrollar. Al no tener claro el proyecto que es lo que en realidad el cliente o interesados requieren no podremos definir viabilidades ni mucho menos priorizar los objetivos del alcance que se requiere.

Una manera que he encontrado es identificar las áreas de oportunidad, así poder llevar acabo en las dependencias las factibilidades que requiero para ejecutar un proyecto en común, todos los proyectos se del la magnitud que sea se requiere tener mi presente que se requiere de permisos, planos, croquis y lo mas importante saber que tenemos existente tanto adentro como afuera del proyecto, ya sean bosques, desmontes, tuberías, superficies de rodamiento, así poder a?adir en nuestro anteproyecto, he identificar la viabilidad que debemos cubrir primordialmente antes de iniciar con los alcances y costos del proyecto. Dado que me ha tocado que el uso de suelo o las dependencias de ecología no dan permisos o que los servicios estas muy lejanas.

Algunas cosas que debemos considerar es todo lo existente, que es nuestro punto de partida, para poder obtener las factibilidades que se requiere, o con el simple hecho de tener que donar o construir obras de infraestructura fuera de nuestro alcance, eso nos aumenta demasiado el costo del proyecto, por tener qué cumplir con los requisitos que algunas dependencias exigen para poder obtener el servicio de parte de ellos, por es la importancia de detectar y hacer un análisis exhaustivo de lo que tenemos y que ocupamos, para poder priorizar las factibilidades, que en mi punto de experiencias asi sea muy peque?a o muy grande, se debe de contar con la factibilidad o viabilidad de cada actividad para evitar retrasos ocasionados por un tercero.
