The valuation is not because of what you have done so far but the future potential of the business. Now how do you derive that and discount the risk??? Valuation is based on general benchmarks, market sentiment and a broad sense of the strength of the team/initiative. Then it all comes down to demand-supply. En mi opinión esta lo tangible y lo intangible, lo primero se mide de diversas formas y formulas que pueden usar la que más le acomode como es valor presente, pero lo más interesante es saber como medir los intangibles, eso que viene acompa?ado por la inversión pero no se valoriza. ?Que es? A veces nada supera un buen consejo de un empresario que ha vivido más que uno. Para mi hay que tomar en cuenta ambos temas al momento de valorar la participación accionaria de dicho inversor.

Existem diversos métodos para calcular o valluation de uma empresa, os mais comuns s?o multiplo de ebitda e fluxo de caixa descontato. é necessário um estudo financeiro específico para montar ambos. Particularmente eu acredito que o melhor caminho é fazer os dois e o valluation ideal é o meio termo entre ambos os metodos.

Getting equity into a project is not just getting money however but getting a partner too,who has right to influence the decision n vision. Most of us make mistake only looking at financial model n valuation, we fail to appreciate that u should a equity partner in our enterprise who share same vision n trust in your ability to drive the same .
