Cada uma das pessoas aprende e percebe de uma forma. a comunica??o deve ser bem abrangente para poder atender as necessidades de todos os envolvidos. Algumas pessoas s?o práticas e gostam de perceber de forma direta (m?o na massa) e outras gostam de ler, refletir e entender, precisam de textos mais densos e explicativos. N?o existe o certo e o errado quando falamos de canais de comunica??o, mas quais s?o mais pertinentes para aquela tarefa e para o grupo de pessoas envolvidas.

Esse monitoramento e checagem n?o pode ser vago, tem que obedecer parametros que qualquer pessoa possa verificar se atingimos ou n?o atingimos, podemos usar percentuais em rela??o a uma base que partimos, por exemplo faturamos em 2022 U$10 milh?es e faturamos em 2023 U$ 12 milh?es, portanto tivemos 20% de aumento nominal, qualquer pessoa pode verificar e atestar o resultado alcan?ado.

Simplicity in messaging is important - - For the Sender - For the Receiver - For the feedback loop. Consider your message delivery in three main points. Keep them short and to the point. Consider having three sub-points for each of the three main points to expand upon your message if asked by the receiver. Seek feedback from the receiver -- possibly with an invitation to follow up with an expanded discussion if the receiver is interested be your get off the stage closing.
