Put together a sales strategy!! What your first 30, 60, 90 days in the position will look like. Present it to the hiring manager. Use Tangible numbers and be ambitious. Even if it is not the sales strategy or realistic numbers for the specific position - it will show great tenacity and demonstrate your a hunter and will be able to add value to the team. Eg: First 30 days. make 30 cold calls per day Meet 1 new client per day Send 2 quotes per week. Build $30,000 in pipeline An interview is a sales pitch for your experience. treat it like a sales call!

In order to accomplish this question you should be prepared with ways you have been able to adopt to new jobs and roles in the past. Explain that you have the ability to learn quickly and provide examples of how you have accomplished this in the past. Speak of ambiguity and how you can adapt to changes without it affecting you. Show you have what it takes to do the role and you are excited to learn new technologies/strategies.

Hiring managers want to hire people who share their values, vision, and culture, and who can work well with their team and customers. This is so important in an interview. Just as I expect the person(s) interviewing me to be themselves, I always ensure I am “myself” when interviewing. I do not use a script or anything. It is important that they see you for who you are and hire you, not someone you try to be. Just relax and show your true self and your passion for whatever role you are interviewing for. There is a lot I could say about this but hope this helps.
