In my experience, fostering a resilient Business Relationship Management (BRM) team in an educational setting involves a mix of open communication, adaptability, and continuous learning. Encouraging team members to share ideas freely, staying flexible in the face of challenges, and providing ongoing training opportunities all contribute to building resilience. It's about creating an environment where everyone feels empowered to navigate uncertainties, learn from setbacks, and collectively grow.

Understanding business is critical for all support functions because they have to weave solutions keeping the business perspective in mind. If support functions are not aligned to business objectives, everything will start cracking up and everyone will suffer

To build a resilient Business Relationship Management (BRM) team, focus on fostering strong communication, promoting a collaborative culture, and developing adaptive skills.
