En la actualidad lo que se viene haciendo para mejorar las capacidades del personal son cursos impartidos por empresas subcontradas por las administraciones. Suelen ser cursos gratuitos para el personal y que son de pocas horas. Entre unas 20 o 25 horas , por lo que los contenidos son básicos, sencillos y para facilitar el acceso se hace a través de Internet, mediante plataformas como Moodle. Los últimos cursos que he realizado han sido a través de la Federación de Municipos de Madrid.
