My experience attributes that strategic communication is critical to engage communication such as story telling as most effective tools. Story telling brings facts with emotions and realise feelings that help community to relate with their living and conditions if the story is strategic and with living experience. Story telling is a skill and art , this requires skill building and CSO teams , community volunteers or facilitators need to be skilled in strategic communication which can include story telling as one

Community organizing can be rewarding, but also exhausting and stressful. You need to nurture your own well-being and growth as an organizer, and avoid burnout and compassion fatigue. I recently lost a board member because I was frustrated with having to do most of the organizations work and even host a mixer without any board members to help. So I mentioned I was tried of having to do everything by myself. I offended a member who did help with taking minutes and sending emails. Me offending her caused her to resign. Now I really am doing everything. We do need to appreciate every bit of help e we get when we get it.
