Yes, communication is extremely important for any successful collaboration but excessive and unnecessary communication can sometimes be counterproductive. There is a statement 'the best communication is no communication' which means we have to avoid unnecessary communication and must ensure that it is purposeful and efficient, active and mindful, and timely and concise. I have experienced a communication with my colleagues that was high cost which means it was time taking and unproductive. As a teacher, you have to communicate keeping the level of colleagues, students and administration in mind to get fruitful results.

A good teacher is a student. If you want to be good teacher, you need to be a good student first because teacher is a profession where is learning never stops. Be creative and produce novel ideas to teach others. If you want to learn from others, observe them and ask logical questions from them, you will definitely improve your skills.
