Communication and engagement is one of the trickiest points, as each business has its own style. And the best partnerships are following the numbers and doing the work, so if you have to engage it's often because things aren't going as planned. Find the best way to contact people and set up expected response times? Will you rely on email, and if so does each party manage it well? Trust is earned on both sides, be sure to schedule review sessions every 90 days. This doesn't have to be a meeting, it can be done with postings on a channel or email, but checking in and listening is super helpful. If going well, these 90 day reviews can become 180, but do check if only to compare notes, do a quick catchup, and spot negatives that may arise.
