Sin duda considero una alta eficacia en un feedback 360, en el que cada relación personal y laboral exponga aquellas debilidades, amenazas, fortalezas y oportunidades. Porque que no hay mayor crítica que la que no se limita y es la que debemos recibir con humildad y canalizar en un extracto de madurez y deseo de superarnos cada día.

Las encuestas de opinión, también son una buena forma de hacer un análisis de desempe?o para crear una cultura organizacional responsable. Ya que a través de ellas, podemos conocer la opinión de diferentes áreas de la organización, no sólo interna sino externa también, por ejemplo de trabajadores, colaboradores, clientes, proveedores, etc. Siempre y cuando esas encuestas sean analizadas y nos sirvan como retroalimentación para poder mejorar en aquellos aspectos donde sea necesario. Cuando interna y externamente se ve que se tienen en cuenta los comentarios de las encuestas, es una buena forma de generar confianza, transparencia, e incluso de fidelizar, además nos ayudan a estar en una mejora continua.

Sugiero utilizar las metodologías de cascada para bajar los objetivos desde los equipos directivos hasta los equipos tácticos. La metodología es simple (en el papel), empecemos por el CEO a quien se le fijan los objetivos del periodo (Ejemplo: EBITDA), a partir de allí se analiza como cada una de las vicepresidencias le aportan a la generación del indicador. Posteriormente Las vicepresidencias generan diálogo y la fijación de objetivos con gerencias y estos a su vez con los equipos funcionales. De esta manera se garantiza que toda la organización le apunte al cumplimiento de los objetivos. La idea es que en la fijación se revise el qué, pero también el cómo se logró ya que esto permite alinear resultados, valores y cuidar la cultura.

However, for these techniques to truly take root and make a significant impact, they must be adopted and implemented at the highest levels of leadership. Leaders set the tone for accountability throughout the organisation by consistently demonstrating accountability in their actions. When leaders are measured by the same yard sticks, this sets the stage for building trust among employees, inspiring accountability at all levels, promoting transparency, addressing challenges effectively, and ultimately driving success.

In my work experience and what I've learned, after Goal Setting, we use Diary Method to keep work outcome and timely work performance discussion as timely update in any aspects in work performance assessment. Regarding Diary Method, people can easily understand what it is saying in its wording, it's just like the diary, what we need to do is to write down things in predefine columns for our work performance and communication.

En mi modesta opinión lograr una cultura organizacional avalada por la evaluación de su desempe?o debe tener una visión integradora y concatenada de todo el proceso donde cuidadosamente nada debe fallar. Desde la aplicación de la matriz DAFO, el dise?o de objetivos, métricas bien estructuradas en cuanto a objetividad y calidad, el proceso de ejecución efectivo, la aplicación de evaluaciones desde lo particular hasta lo general dentro de la organización controlado adecuadamente y cumpliendo un cronograma efectivo que incluye la retroalimentacion del resultado en las direcciones, departamentos y reparticiones. Sólo así podrás tener una aproximación eficaz de lo que ocurre y dise?ar estrategias de mejora progresiva para lograr el éxito.

En mi opinión no podemos solo elegir una forma para trabajar el proceso. Debemos poder usar varias herramientas, según la tarea y la circunstancia. Incluso para un mismo proceso, usar dos herramientas puede darnos una visión distinta. De esta forma, podemos actuar de una manera más eficiente. Tener una vista de mejora continua supone estar dispuesto a usar varias herramientas para obtener resultados más certeros.
