But I suggest going with freely available resources from reputed organisations like Cisco, Code-Red from EC-Council, Linkedin Learning and more. These organisations provide essential courses for free that help beginners to kickstart their journey.

There are many & you need a good variety to actually learn & see what works for you vs what doesn't. Free platforms are always top of mind but investing in training is also ideal- to do this I would suggest you establish a plan & a timeline to measure success.. Coursera is a great option, some libraries offer free access with a library card & if you're in school you probably have access to other platforms so always ask! Projects are also always overlooked, going out and doing a project from scratch is the best way to learn.

Your local library can also be a treasure trove of study materials, including books and online resources. For instance, my library has a partnership with O’Reilly, allowing me to prepare for exams. If you’re willing to invest in your learning, PluralSight is an excellent choice. I used it for my latest certification, and it made studying significantly easier. While it does come at a cost, the wealth of knowledge it provides for numerous certifications is well worth it.

Rather than video lectures, blogs and articles give a wide range of learning. I could suggest Medium for that case where you can get a lot of resources related to security. This includes bug bounty write-ups, exam preparation guides and lot more.
