I'm not a big fan of "gamifying" leadership for people who are in serious seats and want to do serious work. It's infantilizing. People who want to be constantly entertained, often don't want it enough to do what it takes - it's a good filter for who is really built to do the hard, (and often boring) things that is the journey to real success.
