There are some software powered by AI that helps create spaces, however they are still in beta mode or you can see that they are not clear. I recommend leaving the editing to a professional. The agent's function is another, to just prepare the product in order to be sell. So, I focus more on the Home Staying rather than the edition software

I hire a professional photographer who does some staging, but he is the professional who takes the pictures at the right angle and in the correct lighting. He knows exactly which shots to shoot and his expertise makes the home look its best. This enables me to concentrate on selling the home as I know how to deal with the next step in the transaction - the offer, the contract, and the closing.
