What are the best data privacy tools for artificial intelligence?

Second would be a well documented record of processing to see and understand what’s actually hsappening or intended to happen with the data. The first thing shouldn’t be something new nor particularly difficult for Privacy Pros, the second could pose a challenge understanding the AI.
