A forma de tratar as pessoas, cumprimentar e até mesmo a linguagem corporal precisa de adapta??es já que é sempre difícil contar com algo globalizado, apesar de sermos todos humanos. Certas culturas n?o gostam que chamem pelo primeiro nome até que haja intimidade, por exemplo. Em outras, o toque (aperto de m?o por exemplo ou tapinha no ombro) pode ser problemático, em outras é o contato visual que incomoda, algumas sorriem mesmo quando est?o desconfortáveis, até a ordem de quem fala é importante (hierarquia).
