Thus essencial information will be dublicated (as in the MOU, as in the Contract/Agreement). As a cunclusion: it's useless to spend additional time on MOU formalization (it won't bring any additional benefits, it will bring only additional paperwork and will make business process more complicated). The only document that needs - it's duly formalized Contract/Agreement.
