What are the benefits of combining logical and creative thinking in a team setting?

Our day to day workplace problems are resolved through the adoption of logical reasonings that are well defined and well understood by team members. However, the world has become so complicated nowadays that many of our challenges defy common logic. Creative thinking is meant to break the yoke of complicated problems by serving as a complimentary process to logical process. In most cases, creative thinking defy the rule of logic because of its deep rooted nature that in most cases is directed by inspiration. This is why most people who are creative have very happy demeanor that enables them reach down to their hidden inner potentials to fish out solutions to problems.

Diverse Perspectives: Teams that integrate both thinking styles leverage diverse perspectives, fostering an environment where varied ideas can flourish and complement each other. A diverse team is a safer team was one of the key principles I learnt at TfL. So if those perspectives create challenge and the ability to cover all bases.
