Equally I feel that if you get the right mentor and effective training resources and tools and use that to your best ability then your reputation as a credible Recruiter will outweigh any qualification. In the UK we do one for agencies from the Recruitment Employment Confederation (REC) when I was applying to in-house/internal roles not one person mentioned or gave precedence to me because I had my CertRP qualification from the REC.
