Ultimately those that land in the middle and in one box may need more/less focus and some situational agility should remain. For me it’s necessary to indicate the resource needs for the organisation as SRM is often a decentralised or centre-led activity - and those same stakeholders need training to maximise the opportunities and also manage risks.

There are just as many instances where you should NOT implement as those you should. In my experience, the directionality of impact a project could have is a piece of the larger puzzle. Even seemingly small insignificant projects can play into the larger landscape.
