Regularly update tasks, deadlines, and progress. Utilize the tool for assignment and result tracking. 2) Designate team leaders for specific project areas or small teams. Empower them with accountability and decision-making authority, making them responsible for team performance and communication. 3) Conduct daily 15–20-minute stand-up meetings to: Review yesterday's work Set today's goals Identify and address obstacles Consider 2 daily stand-ups during critical project phases. Invite only essential team members to ensure efficiency.

To boost IT team communication, create a structured framework for collaboration. Use Agile methodologies like Spotify, breaking projects into sprints for regular check-ins and alignment. Implement tools like Slack or Jira, as Atlassian does, ensuring everyone has visibility on tasks and progress. Foster a culture of openness, similar to how Microsoft encourages cross-team collaboration through shared goals. Regular stand-ups and retrospectives help clear misunderstandings and keep the team synchronized, ensuring both collaboration and efficiency are prioritized.
