Before solving this problem, it’s important to under the root cause of why this team member has the problem, and is it a problem for the other team members too. If it’s unique to this team member, - make time to talk probe understand their concern, and address as appropriate - adjust meeting participation models to enable a psychological safe environment - help set clear understanding of what’s expected and why it’s important - provide necessary coaching and support - follow up on progress, & have check ins 1-1 as needed , and seek continuous improvement
