To resolve a conflict between team leads, it can be helpful for the facilitator to start by having individual conversations with each team lead to help each team lead get clear on what they are feeling and what's important to them in this situation, listening in such a way that helps to ensure that each team lead feels heard. After that, the facilitator can bring the leads together for a group meeting, encouraging each to listening for underlying feelings and needs, just as the facilitator did for them in their individual meetings. The facilitator can ensure each lead hears what they've said reflecting back to them by another, ultimately ensuring all have a sense of being heard and understood by the others.
