Très importante étape, à condition que vos observations soient les bonnes. Souvent ceux ou celles qui parlent le moins sont ceux qui influencent le plus. La préparation avant l'évènement est ici très critique, surtout pour identifier les 2-3 enjeux majeurs et le but ultime de la rencontre.
