A primeira prioridade é ter uma opera??o limpa e organizada, pode parecer básico, mas n?o é: 5S caminha de m?os dadas com valores como seguran?a e qualidade e ajuda a abrir a mente de toda a equipe pra itens que nem enxergavam antes, isso abre caminho para encontrar oportunidades que colaboram com o clima e com a excelência operacional, eu vivenciei isso na prática e a diferen?a é enorme. Vi grandes potencialidades em a??es sustentaveis, inclusivas após estabelecer o alicerce básico.
