Sorting simple means to identify & distinguish which is unwanted & which is wanted material so that the further activities can be planned. Sorting must be done under consideration such as usage,condition of material, values & it's necessity etc..

Set In Order It means to arrange the sorted available wanted material in such a manner that it can be accessed easily & safety. In setting order the following consideration must be followed. a) Logical order setting should be done. b) Frequency of usage to be considered. c) Safety in handling (Wt,material type) etc.

Um hier das volle Potential und somit die Vorteile nutzen zu k?nnen, ist es in meinen Augen entscheidend, diesen Schritt nicht als blo?es 'Putzen' für Sauberkeit, sondern als 'Prüfen' anzusehen. Dadurch ergeben sich weitere Handlungsfelder über das 'Putzen' hinaus, beispielsweise das Erkennen anstehender Defekte, so dass diese rechtzeitig behoben werden k?nnen.

In my opinion if we have not top management Commitment, we can not successful. Without their visible support, it's challenging to overcome obstacles and sustain the initiative. Here's how top management can drive 5S success: Leading by Example: Demonstrating commitment through active participation in 5S activities. Allocating Resources: Providing necessary resources, including time, budget, and personnel. Communicating Vision: Clearly articulating the benefits of 5S and how it aligns with organizational goals. Holding People Accountable: Ensuring that 5S is a priority and that employees are held responsible for their roles. Recognizing Achievements: Celebrating successes and providing incentives to reinforce positive behavior.
