Regular cedence meetings to ensure information/ data being used as a base for communication is authentic. Clarity on what to communicate what not via cadenece. 3. Focused and iterative review of the contract to ensure less disputes in future which may lead to communication gap and apply amendments as applicable . 4. Cross enablement on cultures and values. 5. Structured and regular all hands meet with every one in program to ensure people feel connected and aligned with short term and long term goals.
