Ao acompanhar diversas altera??es, mas muitas mesmo. Tem uma etapa que pode ser deixada de lado, mas que tem uma relevancia para o fluxo do processo. Garantir que seja realizado a análise de numero de materiais, mais comumente conhecida pelos times como "part numbers", pois ela pode n?o ter a ver com a altera??o que está rolando, mas ela onera a opera??o com etapas, as vezes, em outros processos, como mais necessidade de preparos, adi??o de set ups, por exemplo. E as equipes de produ??o normalmente falam de cor e salteado as oportunidades que enxergam, para comuniza??o de materiais ent?o, tá na ponta da língua.
