Struggling to bridge the gap between R&D and production teams?

Start early connections with your stakeholders on common objectives and KPIs, bring them onboard, quickly, not only manufacturing but regulatory, quality and other important stakeholders. Align the shared purpose (vision). Distribute and share work packages through mutual ownership.
