Es gibt viele Ans?tze wie eine schlanke Produktion vorangetrieben werden kann. Mann kann grosse Investitionen get?tig werden oder man f?ngt mit den kleinen Dinge an. Licht l?schen und PC und Bildschirme abschalten wo nicht n?tig. Hier die Mitarbeiter sensibilisieren, dass dies zuhause ja auch gemacht wird und nicht, dass sind ja nicht meine Ger?te und Strom! Gr?ssere Investitionen müssen gut geplant werden. Es ist wichtig bei energieintensive Bereiche effiziente Maschinen zu beschaffen, aber auch die effizienz bei den Arbeitsschritten zu überpüfen und zu verbesseren. Hier immen den Mensch und Mitarbeiter mit ins Boot zu holen.

Wichtig bei den ganzen Geschichte den Faktor Mensch nicht zu vernachl?ssigen. Mitarbeiter/innen hat viele Ideen und sind teilweise viel n?her an der Praxis als wir als Führungskr?fte. Theorie aus den Schulbücher und Praxis ist teilweise nicht equal. Sehe wie es vor Ort aussieht und danach die Anpassungen. Ansonten kommt der Aha effekt, das wusste ich nicht. Alle obengenannten Themen sind miteinander verbunden und teilweise abh?ngig. Es bracht immer eine gewisse Zeit um Ver?nderungen zu vollziehen und dies ist n?tig um langfristig Erfolg zu haben.
