Find a common ground between QA and Project manager, as both roles are meeting the client expectation and making product align with quality standards that meets product objectives and goals, present testing results in simple language to PM so that everyone should be on same page regarding deliverables, make a feedback loop and daily follow ups that will also reduce the gap between all stakeholders specially PM, try to educate about testing concepts and reports so that it would be easy for them to understand testing process.
