Give team members opportunities to make meaning around the vision of sustainable impact as a collective group and from an individual professional perspective. Create visual and verbal reminders that consistently help the team prioritize their focus on sustainable impact. This involves being intentional about communicating verbal reminders during each meeting. Add a brief statement about the larger goal of sustainable impact at the top of every document including agendas, emails and weekly announcements. Work with the team to generate new and relevant ways to improve on these ideas.
