When working on a time sensitive project, staying focused in essential. Few things that works well for me are breaking the tasks into smaller steps, prioritizing critical tasks, setting time in the calendar to accomplish the set tasks, turning off all notifications, setting specific task based deadlines for myself and visualizing the end goal.

Here are my two strategies to help you stay focused: 1. Leverage "Sensory Deprivation" to Boost Focus Sensory deprivation is all about reducing distractions to help you concentrate better. Consider using noise-cancelling headphones, turning off notifications, or finding a quiet room to work in. You might also find it helpful to use a website blocker or a phone app designed to limit access to social media. 2. Practice "Self-Compassion" to Manage Stress and Stay Focused Self-compassion involves being kind to yourself when things don't go as planned. Remember, mistakes happen, and it's okay to take breaks, especially during time-sensitive projects. Embracing self-compassion can ease stress, helping you stay focused and maintain productivity.

While working on a time-sensitive project, I find that taking proactive actions is most effective. This includes setting a detailed plan with both short-term and long-term objectives to monitor project goals. I also work on parallel tasks to maximize output. By setting realistic targets and staying organized, I can more easily track the project timeline against its progress.

Focus is all about an intention, intention is all about your purpose, your purpose is tied to your heart and happiness. So, when you are clear about your purpose you single mindedly focus on the goal and everything that needs to take a back seat will take a back seat...

I often find it challenging to stay focused under tight deadlines, as stress and distractions can easily creep in. To manage this, I use techniques like the Pomodoro method, where I work in focused bursts of time and then take short breaks. I also turn off notifications and create a dedicated workspace, which helps me concentrate and stay on track.
