1) First take containment action and note down the product number for traceability. 2) Stop the production line and go to the station number where defect occured, work on root cause and take permanent action. 3) Again note product number for easy traceability. 4) make a sustenance plan so that the defect doesn't occurs again. 5) Closely monitor 3 lots atleast after permanent action to check effectiveness.
