Any gap in communication can be effectively handled by the 2 parties talking to each other with clarity of purpose and a focus on problem solving. The project manager as well as robotics engineers need to maturely try to under each other’s point of view and have an accommodative outlook. Essentially, the Product Manager needs to address the concerns of the Engineering team while the latter are needed to be flexible enough to accommodate former’s constraints. Ultimately both the parties should aim at satisfying the deliverable requirements as well as furthering the organizational interests. An understanding and mature outlook rather than an egotistical one is the way forward at both ends.
