To overcome Tech Resistance and to turn sceptics into supporters. 1. Failure showcases: Demonstrate potential negative outcomes of not adopting the technology. 2. Customized demos: Tailor tech demonstrations to each stakeholder's role and pain points. 3. Success metrics: Define measurable goals to showcase the tech's impact. 4. Tech-free explanations: Use non-tech analogies to explain benefits.

Take a lead and do a POC put time and effort before approaching with new solution .This will give you insight what problems can arise and make you better prepared for unexpected questions, showcase your efforts to non - tech stakeholders what additional can be achieved reducing time/process/$amount by new tech. Its easier to sell and get buy in when you can show the advantages.

It depends on each in individual and why they are pushing back. Ofcourse you need to start with empathy, making them understand the impact of keeping the old technical debt on the application and the overall organization with respect to outdated skills, security vulnerabilities, lack of support from provider etc. Next you also need to talk to them about the benefits of new technology in laymans language OR value to the business and agility it will bring. Last but not the least, sometimes you need to push it top down, sometimes it has to be more strategy driven to which they have to abide by. Have the escalation process pre-defined to report such push backs to the next level if things are not working despite of your best efforts.

To overcome objections from non-technical stakeholders resisting new technology in software projects, communicate the benefits in terms they value, such as cost savings, increased efficiency, or competitive advantage. Use clear, jargon-free language and provide real-world examples or case studies that demonstrate the positive impact of the technology. Address their concerns by explaining how risks will be managed and how the new tech will integrate smoothly with existing systems. Involving them in the decision-making process and offering training or support can also help build trust and ease the transition.
