It is very important to understand what Key Stakeholders aim to achieve, and as such, you must identify them, itemize them, and draw up a clear road map to achieving them. By this, everyone is on the same page and looks forward to the final output. I did a work for a client some time ago, the success of that project was hinged on identifying what the client hoped to achieve. Having done that, with my GIS expertise, I was able to head straight to the work and provided the expected output, which of course, I had him write a recommendation on my profile afterwards.

Identificar la necesidad o las necesidades, es lo más importante. Tener un problema muy bien identificado, con eso es mucho más sencillo avanzar. Luego de eso, aislar los componentes del problema, así se dispondrá de un buen objetivo general y objetivos específicos que permiten abordar el problema. Por último y no por eso menos importante, circunscribir esta etapa solo a identificación de necesidades~problema, nada más que eso.
