La comunicación es un punto clave o pilar fundamental en un equipo indistintamente del proyecto que sea, en las empresas cada una de ellas tiene distintas vías de comunicación, lo ideal sería tener más de un canal o vía de comunicación para establecer con otros colaboradores, eso si teniendo en cuenta de no comunicar un tema o idea a través de varias vías de comunicación pues esta se puede perder o hacer difícil de entender, siempre que se comience hablando un tema sobre una vía de comunicación en específico tratar de cerrar ese tema sobre esa misma vía para que la idea llegue correctamente a donde queremos que llegue.

Desde mi perspectiva como desarrollador FullStack, ese asunto no lo deberían decidir los desarrolladores, sino el Líder de equipo, que es el equivalente al director de orquesta, pues así se gana mucho tiempo que de otro modo se perdería solo en decidir con cuáles herramientas trabajar, en especial con los contratos de API. Podría pedir sugerencias, pero al final, en la práctica, Los desarrolladores solo deben recibir las instrucciones y ejecutarlas según sus capacidades, pero quien debe conocer y comprender todo el proyecto, y al final decidir, es el Líder de equipo, pues será él quien los esté organizando para el trabajo.

Este es un tema que se debe aclarar al principio del proyecto, el como se manejarán las solicitudes y respuestas, como viajará la información desde el back hacia el front y viceversa, es algo que se concibe desde el inicio y donde el líder, arquitecto o persona a cargo del proyecto debería documentar esto para que los desarrolladores se ajusten a ese estándar y no haya conflictos en un futuro.
